• BGL PE will invest in both publicly traded and privately held companies with minimum revenues of $20 million or higher
• Clearly articulated exit strategies will be executed through sale, IPO, or other liquidity events
• BGL PE will target investment horizons of three to five years, but being return driven will consider earlier exits
• Focus on preferred equity transactions that provide significant minority positions
• Ensure robust corporate governance in investee companies
