With a fund size of US$ 300 million, BGL Private Equity (Mauritius) Fund I, an offshore fund registered and regulated in Mauritius is targeted at international and domestic institutions, corporations, financial institutions, government institutions, foundations and endowment funds, pension funds and ultra high networth individuals. BGL Private Equity is making a proprietary commitment of US$ 30 million, representing 10 percent of BGL Private Equity (Mauritius) Fund I.

With a fund size of US$ 200 million, BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I, an offshore fund registered in The British Virgin Islands is targeted at international and domestic institutions, corporations, financial institutions, government institutions, foundations and endowment funds, pension funds and ultra high networth individuals. BGL Private Equity is making a proprietary commitment of US$ 20 million, representing 10 percent of BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I.

In the near future, BGL PE will also launch specialized funds to take advantage of opportunities in various industry sectors such as Real Estate, Energy, Technology and Infrastructure, Agriculture and, Oil & Gas etc. Such specialized funds will not conflict with BGL Private Equity flagship funds; The BGL Private Equity (Mauritius) Fund I and BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I
